How long will my order take to arrive?

UK

As soon as your order is placed it is sent straight to our Print & Design Studio.

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 working days. (During busy times this may be longer but we will do our best to avoid this).

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and your order should be with you within 3 to 5 working days.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email and/or text message when your order is dispatched with your tracking information.

 

INTERNATIONAL

As soon as your order is placed it is sent straight to our Print & Design Studio.

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 working days. (During busy times this may be longer but we will do our best to avoid this). 

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

We aim to send all International orders via the fastest available method. Depending on your location, customs etc. this is usually between 7 and 21 days, however this can be extended to 30 days due to customs. Shipping times are set by the shipping providers we partner with.

My order has arrived damaged

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage as well as the packaging and shipping label and email it, together with your name and order number to us at hello@punkhaus.co.uk and our customer support team will assist you. If you cannot provide photos of the damage to the packaging then we will not be able to offer a replacement. If the damage is minimal then a relevant partial refund will be made

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Can I return/exchange my order?

If, for any reason you wish to return an item, then please email us at hello@punkhaus.co.uk with your order number in the first instance.

All orders must be returned undamaged and unopened in their original packaging and include a note containing your name, order number and reason for return within 21 days of your order date. It is important that you include these details otherwise we won't be able to allocate your return to your order.

All returned orders will be issued with a refund once these have been received and inspected by our returns team.

If an item has been opened then the refund will be giving in the form of an eGift voucher. 

Any item that has been purchased in sale will be issued with store credit in the form of an eGift voucher.

We do not offer a free returns policy.

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.

We currently do not offer exchanges on items. 

If your order is a pre-order item we cannot accept returns as these have been made to order.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Because all orders are automatically forwarded to our Design & Print team it's not always possible to cancel orders as they may already have been shipped.

If your order has not been shipped we are of course happy to look into cancelling your order.

In the first instance, please drop us a line at hello@punkhaus.co.uk - be sure to include your full name and order number.

If you have placed an order and it has already been shipped, we are happy to issue you a full refund as soon as the item is returned to us, following the guidelines above. 

 

Punk Haus has had your order returned to sender.

If your order has been returned to us at Punk Haus due to a non collection from your local sorting office we will then contact you to let you know that your order has been returned to us. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for a re-delivery of any order. If an order has been placed with an incomplete/incorrect address and is returned to us, we are not liable for the shipping cost - if a refund is requested we will refund for product only. Shipping cost will not be refunded and there will be an admin charge to cover our shipment return fees/restock

 

Address supplied on order is incorrect

If your address is supplied incorrect at checkout, we will have to recharge to send this back out to you if it is returned to us. If your order is delivered to the incorrect address supplied, Punk Haus is not liable to resend another out to you if the address in the first instance was supplied incorrect. Any refunds on orders to incorrect addresses will not receive a shipping refund. Any issues with shipping addresses please email hello@punkhaus.co.uk - it is up to management discretion as to whether replacements will be sent out. Shipping cost will not be refunded and there will be an admin charge to cover our shipment return fees/restock

 

My order has customs fees/non payment of customs fees

If fees are not paid and your order is returned to us, please note there will be an admin charge of £10.00 per order to over our shipping partners returns fees, your original shipping costs also cannot be refuned. Punk Haus is not liable for non payment fees of customs and the return to us
