How much is shipping?

UK

Update from Royal Mail website 

Due to the current coronavirus situation we’re no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020. We’ll still capture the recipient’s name and confirmation of delivery. Find out more at www.royalmail.com/coronavirus

Standard shipping is non-tracked using a standard royal mail service and is charged at £3.99 per order, tracked shipping is £6.50 per order which uses royal mails tracked service where the tracking number becomes active once a delivery attempt has been made/delivered. 

Standard shipping for all XL prints is £6.99 for UK and £15.99 rest of world.

We ask for your patience during this trying time as deliveries may take longer than usual due to the worldwide outbreak of COVID19. To reassure you, everyone here at Punk Haus are working round the clock to fulfil your orders as soon as they are placed trying to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible. INTERNATIONAL

Shipping is charged at £6.99 untracked or £9.99 tracked per order.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK

As soon as your order is placed it is sent straight to our Print & Design Studio.

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 working days. (During busy times this may be longer but we will do our best to avoid this).

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and your order should be with you within 3 to 5 working days. 

Due to COVID-19, it may take longer for your order to get to you. Our expected arrival date can be longer than 7 working days after receiving your confirmation email. In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within a reasonable time scale then please contact us at hello@punkhaus.co.uk

INTERNATIONAL

As soon as your order is placed it is sent straight to our Print & Design Studio.

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 working days. (During busy times this may be longer but we will do our best to avoid this). 

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

We aim to send all International orders via the fastest available method. Depending on your location, customs etc. this is usually between 7 and 21 days.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Can I return/exchange my order?

If, for any reason you wish to return an item, then please email us at hello@punkhaus.co.uk with your order number and reason for returning.

All orders must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging and include a note containing your name, order number and reason for return within 30 days of your order date.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage as well as the packaging and email it, together with your name and order number to us at hello@punkhaus.co.uk 

We do not offer a free returns policy.

Once your returned order lands back with us we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.

We currently do not offer exchanges on items. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Because all orders are automatically forwarded to our Design & Print team it's not always possible to cancel orders as they may already have been shipped.

If your order has not been shipped we are of course happy to look into cancelling your order.

In the first instance, please drop us a line at hello@punkhaus.co.uk - be sure to include your full name and order number.

If you have placed an order and it has already been shipped, we are happy to issue you a full refund as soon as the item is returned to us, following the guidelines above. 

 

Punk Haus has had your order returned to sender.

If your order has been returned to us at Punk Haus due to a non collection from your local sorting office we will then contact you to let you know that your order has been returned to us. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for a re-delivery of any order.

 

PAYMENTS/PROMOTIONS

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

Stripe and PayPal are used for the transactions and these use bank levels of security and encryption for your safety.

Can I use my Promo Code on sale items? 

Unfortunately promo codes cannot be used on sale items.

 

 

GENERAL

How do I get help with my order? 

For assistance, please contact our Customer Support team via email hello@punkhaus.co.uk or alternatively through our live chat facility on the website. (at the bottom right hand corner of the screen on the site you will see a chat window - You can chat to us using this!)

If you're getting touch about an order, please be sure to include your order number and the email address that you placed the order with.

You’ll find us online most of the day and when we’re not, we’ll still get back to you pretty sharpish.

Are the prints framed/do you offer a framing service?

At this moment in time we do not offer frames with the prints.

Are the prints metallic/do they come with neon letters?

All prints are a digitally printed and as such are not metallic.

The letters on the neon tube prints are also a digital print - these aren't a 3d neon sign. 

How big is an A4/A5 etc. print?

Do you offer wholesale?

Our books are currently closed for wholesale orders

 

Can I resell your items?

All items cannot be resold in any form without express written consent by Punk Haus Ltd. This includes standalone websites, eBay, Depop, Etsy etc. and also retail shops. We will pursue legal action if any business/individual that is reported to us reselling any Punk Haus item without express written consent
